I've been working, for quite a while, on my meal plan. Focused on meal prep and food selection. Not only your body adapts, you start seen food as a necessary tool for wellness. How delicious and satisfying my vegetables have become!
My galon of water has been my new habit. There is no better way to measure the actual drinking of such a volume of water than the actual galon. By doing so, you start seen improvement, not only in your bowl movement, but in the plumpness of your face and tightness of your body skin. Highly recommended. My target is to go beyond the galon.
